Pedimos este juego de comedor a medida y esperamos unos 8 meses hasta que lo fabricáramos y lo entregáramos. ¡Hombre, valió la pena la espera! La calidad y belleza del acabado de esta madera maciza de abedul es irreal. Gracias por encargarnos este juego.

Sólo un comprador tenga cuidado. Dimos un depósito para un buffet y tengo entendido que la documentación decía que era un depósito no reembolsable. Sin embargo, la documentación también decía que tardaría 6 meses en recibirlo. Bueno, pasaron 6 meses y nos dijeron que serían al menos otros 2 meses. Así que finalmente decidí cancelar el pedido y les pregunté si dividirían el depósito conmigo (solo estaba pidiendo que me devolvieran la mitad del monto del depósito); me dijeron que no. No puedo imaginar que la persona que lo hizo lo hubiera hecho y/o ni siquiera tuviera la madera todavía para el proyecto e incluso si tuviera la madera, podría haberla usado para otro pedido de otra persona.

Solo asegúrese de que si compra algo, realmente lo desee y esté dispuesto a esperarlo durante mucho tiempo. Nos decepcionó mucho que no trabajaran con nosotros en absoluto en el reembolso del depósito parcial. No es un buen servicio al cliente ni una forma de retener a un futuro cliente potencial.
